Formerly a vegetable packing building the existing steel frame portals were fully re-clad in insulated sandwich panels together with new windows and roof-lights to improve the natural lighting.
Roller shutters provide improved delivery access and the storage facilities are enlarged by the inclusion of a mezzanine floor.
Internally, the offices were equipped with comfort cooling and the warehouse / workshop areas were equipped with an energy efficient lighting system operated by PIRs.
The refurbishment provided approximately 10,000sq.ft of warehouse space and 3,000 sq.ft of ancillary office space.
