CHURCHVIEW ROAD, TWICKENHAM, MIDDLESEX:
A scheme of three 2 bedroom & one 1 bedroom terraced houses were constructed on a plot formed from the rear gardens of 5 properties.
The design was extensively discussed with the local Planning Department and incorporated protected trees using no-dig driveway construction.
The scheme consisted of 4 different house layouts which were elevated with a combination of brick, feature brickwork quoins, keystone soldier course details.
Internally two of the houses were equipped with a local sprinkler system to enable the staircases to be placed within the lounge whilst still maintaining a suitable fire escape.
