Aimed at the more exclusive highly specified market, this site of two 5 bedroom detached houses was constructed on the site of a single plot.
To maximise the development the buildings were sited centrally within the plot whilst maintaining numerous existing trees covered by Tree Preservation Orders.
The scheme consisted of 2 different house types which were elevated with a combination of brick, brick plinth courses, half timbering & render details to the main elevations.
Internally the houses were planned with separate Lounge, Dining, Family & Sun Rooms equipped to a high specification, including under floor heating, together with media & hi-fi sound systems.
