FOXWOOD, DORKING ROAD, KINGSFOLD :
A scheme of five 5 bedroom detached houses in the rural Hamlet of Kingsfold.
In order to maximise the development a public footpath was relocated during early negotiations with West Sussex County Council.
The scheme consisted of 4 different house types which were elevated with a combination of brick, feature brickwork dental course details, contrasting brick plinths & tile hanging.
Internally the houses were equipped to a high specification, including wiring for computer networking, integrated sound systems for hi-fi & a sound & vision porch camera for security.
